SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When and where?
PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE will deliver the products ordered by you to the delivery address you transmitted (shipping address) at the time of your order. We will perform delivery as quickly as possible after acceptance of your order and reception of the full payment for the products purchased, according to the delivery method that you chose on the site.
*Please note that the ''payment confirmation'' email you will receive for your order does not mean that your order has been packed and shipped out of our office. When you will receive the ''order shipped'' email including your tracking number, this means that your purchase is on his way to you. You will have to allow 48 hours during business days between your ''payment confirmation'' email and your ''order shipped'' notification. It is only then that the delivery method time you have chosen starts.
Sold products will be shipped by Canada Post wherever you are situated around the globe. Delivery times and costs may vary according to the delivery destination, the delivery method chosen and the availability of products in inventory. As mentionned above, delivery times are estimated from the moment that the products leave PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE's place of business.
How much will it cost?
Delivery charges are on a per-product-ordered basis. Please see the rate calculator, during checkout, to find out an estimate of how much delivery will be charged for your order.
For any products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all customs brokerage fees and any other costs related to exporting outside Canada.
When will I officially become the owner of my order?
You become the owner of the products you have ordered when PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE gives them to the carrier. As of that moment, you will assume all risks related to the products ordered, and PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
What are the rules to follow?
Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE does business with. Canada Post, as well as the rules of any other company with which PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE do business with may change from time to time. The customer is particularly subjet to the rules acknowledging a signature upon reception of purchases. If you are absent from the location where you requested that PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE do deliver the products to you, it shall be your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the delivery company
No deliveries will be made to a post office box. If you have a PO box as your mailing address, please submit an address other than a PO box as the shipping address for your online order form.
