RETURN POLICIES

 

If, at arrival, an item is not what you wanted, you can return it to us.

To do so, please make sure these policies are respected.

 

Policies:

  • An item can only be returned if it has not been used (not worn for more than a couple of minutes, nor altered or washed) and is in mint conditions.

 

  • We will ask you to send us a picture of the item in question with a brief explanation of the reason of the return since all return must be approved by us before being sent back. Also, its a way for us to hear you out and insure that we exceed your expectation at your next Pascal & Jeremie purchase.                                                                                                                 The email address to do so is: customerservice@pjconcept.com. Following your email, you will receive a return authorisation number from our team that represent your green light to send us your return. Please take into consideration 48 hours, during business days, following the reception of your ''return request'' email before receiving your authorization number.

 

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, properly protected. They must neither be damaged, dirty, washed nor dry-cleaned and they must be accompanied by their accessories (if applicable) and tagged with the original Pascal & Jeremie Boutique label in perfect condition.

 

  • All original written communications found in the parcel while receiving the order (invoice, information XXX) must be sent back with the returned article. The client information (Name, Address, Order number, return authorisation number) must be clearly written on the package.

 

  • Shipping charges for any return are to be paid by the client. The client also assumes any risks related to the return.

  • As soon as your product has been shipped, please email us its tracking number. This way, we know a package is on his way and we will be able to track his arrival.

 

At reception:

If all the return conditions are met, and only if the return is accepted, a full refund, equal to the original selling, price will be awarded. The refund does not cover any original shipping and handling costs.

 

A refund will be awarded within 15 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund issued will be made under your original payment method at time of purchase. An email will than be sent to confirm the refund.

 

Important to know:

Please note that all sale of all cosmetics, beauty products, fragrances, natural products, hosiery, socks, underwears, intimates, swimwear, sunglasses, jewellery, watches and leather goods is final. Theses items cannot be return nor reimbursed and are marked with the PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE Final Sale seal.

 

No return that has not been accepted for a refund will be accepted.

PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE does not accept returns that exceed 10 days following the receipt of the order.
