Pascal & Jeremie Concept (the ''Company'') operates the Pascal & Jeremie Boutique website; www.pjconcept.com/boutique (the "Site"). The terms and conditions that appear below (the '' Conditions'') constitute a contract between you and Pascal & Jeremie Boutique, and govern the use of the Site. pjconcept.com/boutique may modify these Conditions at any time, without prior notice. 2.GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
2.6. Product Availability
The Site posts all products available for order except if a “out of order” mention appears on the specification page of the product. ww.pjconcept.com/boutique does not guarantee in any case the availability of products offered on the Site. If www.pjconcept.com/boutique is unable to deliver to you one or other of the products that you have ordered, www.pjconcept.com/boutique will advise you by e-mail, once your order has been confirmed and you will be given a full refund of the item and its shipping and handling costs.
www.pjconcept.com/boutique will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any emotional trauma or fashion faux pas you may experience due to the unavailability of an item.
2.7.Limited liability
In the event that PASCAL & JEREMIE BOUTIQUE is found to be liable toward you, such liability shall be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products returned.
